コミュニティが長く続き、メンバーにとって本当に楽しく、生活の役に立つためには、何が必要なのでしょうか？この質問に答えるとき、NVCにはどのような役割があるでしょうか？このイベントでは、居住型のコミュニティでの暮らしを含めた様々なかたちでのコミュニティづくりにおいて、それぞれの環境のなかでコミュニティの構造の回復を意図し、積極的にNVCを活用している世界各地の方々から話をお聞きします。
このイベントは、NVCグローバル・フェスティバル2022をみなさまによりよく知っていただくための無料イベントです。1回目は5月28日（土）、2回目は6月14日（火）です。言葉は英語ですが、日本語の同時通訳がつきます。参加者のみなさんの質問や意見など、日本語での発言も、英語に通訳されますのでご心配なく！ぜひご参加ください。

タレック・マアサラーニ
多様なコミュニティのありかたをとても大切にし、NVCをベースとしたインテンショナル・コミュニティ（目的共同体：ビジョンを共有する高度な社会的紐帯とチームワークを持つ居住共同体）の共同設立者のひとり。人生の4分の1以上をコミュニティに住み、支援している。そのライフワークは、対話においても、活動においても、コミュニティの構築を念頭においてかたちづくられている。
シャハール・ダガン
「僕が人生で初めてNVCに出会ったのは紛れもなくIIT（International Intensive Training/国際集中合宿）に参加したときのこと。10日間、90名もの参加者たちとトレーニングを受け、一緒に生活し、学んだのだけれど、あの時すでにコミュニティーにおけるNVCの効果を感じていた。それ以前にもいくつかの意図のあるコミュニティーで生活する経験をしたけれど、NVCのことを知っているところはどこもなかった。NVCの実用性とその意識を目の当たりにしたとき、僕が経験した「それ以下」にはもう戻れなくなってしまった。それ以来、NVCはより多くの人たちと暮らすうえでの、僕の新しいスタンダードであり、大前提となったんだ。」
ラヘリ・ゾハール
パレスチナ自治区ヨルダン川西岸地区にある、イスラエル人とパレスチナ人のコミュニティに暮らす。このコミュニティはNVCの実践、パーマカルチャー、宗教を超えたスピリチュアリティに基づいて創設され、そこではNVCが日常的に実践されている。活動家、ヨガ講師、アーティスト。非暴力についての教育やコミュニティ構築に10年以上関わっている。
ソーヤー海
共生革命家。「東京アーバンパーマカルチャー」の創始者。 1983年東京生まれ、 カリフォルニア州立大学サンタクルーズ校で心理学、有機農法、 サステナビリティを実践的に学ぶ。コスタリカのジャングル、 アメリカ西海岸などでパーマカルチャーを実践。 原発事故を機に2011年、日本に帰国して「 東京アーバンパーマカルチャー」を立ち上げる。
現在は千葉県いすみ市に住みながら、国内外でパーマカルチャー、 非暴力コミュニケーション、 マインドフルネスのワークショップなど、 さまざまな活動を行っている。2016年からいすみ市に「 パーマカルチャーと平和道場」をGreenz. jpの鈴木なおさんと立ち上げ、 共生社会のための実験やトレーニングの場として展開している。 現在は、共生社会を創造する「大学」Isumi Ecoversity（仮）の立ち上げに取り組んでいる。 一児の父。

What does it take to make a community last and truly be enjoyable and life serving for its members? How can NVC be used to support answering this question?We will hear from people who have been intentionally using NVC in the context of full-time community living as well as other forms of community building with the intention of restoring the fabric of community within their environments around the world.

About the speakers:
Tarek Maassarani Tarek strongly values community in many different forms, co-founded an NVC-grounded intentional living community, and lived and supported such communities for over a quarter of his life. Tarek frames much of his life’s work, whether in dialogue, activism, or dialogue, around the notion of community building
Shahar Dagan”I really met NVC for the first time in an International Intensive Training, living and learning 90 people for 10 days together, already back then I felt its efficiency in a community setting. Until then I’ve already experienced living in several intentional communities, although none of them were even familiar with NVC. Once I witnessed the practical uses and consciousness that NVC offered, I couldn’t go back to anything ‘less than’ that where I lived, it became my new standard and basic prerequisite for living with more people”.
Racheli ZoharHas been part of a joined Israeli Palestinian Community in West Bank which was founded on the practice of NVC, Permaculture and shared spirituality beyond religion. In this community NVC was used as a daily practice. She is an activist, Yoga teacher and artist and Works in Nonviolent informal education and community building for over a decade.
Kai Sawyer Kai is a nonviolence activist born in Tokyo in 1983. He was raised in Niigata, Hawaii and Osaka. While attending the University of California, Santa Cruz, he began to engage with the anti-war movement and sustainability. He also co-chaired the Education for Sustainable Living Program (ESLP). As the founder of Tokyo Urban Permaculture, an experimental project based on the gift economy, he conducts workshops on permaculture, nonviolent communication, mindfulness, systems thinking and such around the world. He is also the co-founder of the Peace and Permaculture Dojo, a training and experimental center for living nonviolence.
Co-author of the children’s book “Our Earth, Our Home: The Essential Japanese Green Living Handbook for Kids The Essential Japanese Green Living Handbook for Kids” (Parallax Press, 2022). With his collaborators, he wants to create a world where everyone lives life to the fullest.
